Ordering From Carpet Tiles Next Day

We have made placing an order on our website as easy and straight forward as possible. Please follow all on screen prompts, and fill in all relevant information carefully and correctly. Carpet Tiles Next Day will not be held responsible for errors that occur due to incorrect or false information given by customers, correct addresses and postcodes are essential. Failure to enter information correctly may result in a delay in processing your order, it is especially important when entering delivery details, as this may cause a non-delivery by our courier, which may in turn mean customers incur extra re-delivery costs.

Carpet Tiles Next Day can only accept orders from credit/debit cards that are registered to UK addresses. A confirmation of the order will be sent via e-mail shortly after the order has been placed. The contract between Carpet Tiles Next Day and the customer will only begin once goods have been paid for, and dispatched from our warehouse. Receipt of an order from a customer does not constitute a legal acceptance by Carpet Tiles Next Day.

Pricing and Availability

Any special offers or promotions will be subject to availability. All prices are presented in Pounds Sterling, and are exclusive of V.A.T.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of goods at any given time without notice. In the event of any error regarding item description or price, we reserve the right to contact the customer as soon as possible to give the opportunity to cancel or proceed once revisions have been made. The cancellation of any order due to these circumstances will result in a full refund of any payment made via the original payment method.

Tax and V.A.T Charges

On goods ordered in the United Kingdom V.A.T is payable at the current rate of 20%. V.A.T will be clearly displayed on the order invoice, and will also be payable on both delivery and handling charges. On the Carpet Tiles Next Day website prices are shown both less VAT and including VAT for the customer's information.

Delivery of Orders

All orders will be dispatched according to the method selected by the customer. For all Next Day deliveries orders must be placed and paid for before 2pm to ensure arrival the next working day. (Excludes Bank Holidays and weekends). The shopping cart will automatically adjust the total price when a delivery method is selected.

Our delivery prices are extremely competitive for the weight of our products, and all bulk savings are passed onto our customers. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. In the event of non-delivery, customers will be responsible for re-arranging a suitable time to take receipt of their items. Any extra transport costs incurred and charged to us by the carrier associated from non-delivery will be payable by the customer.

Damaged Goods

On arrival, if goods appear to be visibly damaged DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY, all damage must be reported to us immediately. If damage is discovered on opening, again, notify us immediately as all claims must be promptly dealt with and forwarded to the relevant carrier.

Online Payment Security

We would like to assure our customers that all payments made on our website are processed using the highest level of security possible. Card information given by customers is sent directly to the secure Worldpay server. This ensures customer payment details are not stored on our computers or at our business premises, we here at Carpet Tiles Next Day are not privy to any of the submitted information.
